Online Ordering Service Fee

By placing an online order with Tlaquepaque Mexican Restaurant, you agree to a 4.99% online ordering service fee that is applied to each order. The 4.99% online ordering service fee supports the development, maintenance, and servicing of the system’s software and hardware.

Order Changes

Orders that have already been made can no longer be modified or changed. If an order has not yet been made or is scheduled for a later date, we may allow changes. Please contact us immediately to request any changes.

Order Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order without providing a reason. Cancellation may be due to product unavailability, an error in pricing, or another operational issue.

We will inform you of any changes to your order and provide a refund if an order is cancelled by us. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from exercising this right.

Customer Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Order cancellation is at our sole discretion. If your food has not yet been made, we will generally allow you to cancel and provide a refund. Once your order has been made, you will no longer be able to cancel it.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may be partial or full depending on the circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for placing the wrong order or making the wrong selection.

If you believe your order was not as advertised, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. If a refund is issued, it will be returned through the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds can take up to two weeks to process, but generally take three to five business days.

Alcohol Service

Our premises are licensed to serve alcohol. We must adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service. This includes not serving alcohol to anyone under 18, anyone who is too intoxicated, or anyone we decline to serve at our discretion.

No outside beverages or alcohol may be brought onto the premises. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave if they are behaving inappropriately with respect to our venue, and we may do so without providing a reason.

We accept credit and debit cards.

Tax

Our prices do not include tax. Our combined state and local tax rate is 8.25%.
